While working together in yet another unremarkable and uninspired company, Nicolle Principe and Jason Lee met by happenstance and realized they shared a thought and a passion for all that was new and creative. While struggling with the creative limitations imposed upon them by impractical deadlines and discontented clients, they found that their hands were literally tied by those in charge, with the emphasis on cost effectiveness as opposed to project performance and client expectations. Many a night was spent after hours discussing all that could be, if only the right people would listen. In all this, one thought was clear, there simply had to be a better way of doing things.
Analyzing past mistakes from previous ventures, it was decided that some basic fundamental guidelines needed to be formed if any action was to be taken. The first rule to be stricken from the mental ledgers was the belief of quantity over quality. Every client no matter how large or small would be given the same amount of conviction and dedication, as every project is equally important. The second was to never be content with the knowledge of what has been done, but rather what has not, to always push the artistic envelope and to strive to learn what was new.
As the rules took shape, so did the dream. This put into motion a chain of events that would culminate into a joint venture with a foundation based on creativity and originality, InSomnis was born...
